1. Make sure that your new Google Play account is registered and active.
2. Prepare your new (target) account to support all existing app features. If you have any in-app purchases, you will need to have a Payment Profile before accepting the incoming app.
3. Find the transaction ID from your developer account purchase receipt emailed to you when registering. Transaction IDs should look like one of the below:
- 01234567890123456789.token.0123456789012345
- 0.G.123456789012345
- registration-1234ab56-7c89-12d3-4567-8e91234567f8
4. Reach out to the partner success team at "success@mazsystems.com" to initiate the app transfer. You’ll need to provide the following information:
- Developer name on your target account
- Target Google Play account email address
- Transaction ID for target account registration
- Reminder: if you're transferring paid apps or apps with in-app purchases, make sure your target account has an active payments profile.
5. Be patient. Once MAZ has all of the required information, we'll begin the transfer process and reach out shortly.
