How to update app name and app icon
Yes, you can change your app name or icon, but these changes are not immediate and require an app update. The reason being that these changes are made in the various app stores. This means that your app will have to be resubmitted to the platform operators (Apple, Google, Amazon, etc.) and will be required to go through the approval process again.
The following changes require an app update:
- App icon
- App logo
- App name
- App description
- Screenshots
- New features released by MAZ
